Goodyear is the fourth fastest growing suburban city in the country.  Its desert vistas, majestic mountains, master planned communities with lakes, country clubs and golf courses, and an active outdoor lifestyle have already attracted over 58,000 people to Goodyear which represents just ten percent of the build-out population.  The 190 square mile city has distinguished itself from other cities in its proactive pursuit of amenities such as a new downtown, a spring training ballpark, and the recruitment of private four-year liberal arts colleges.
